Terms & Conditions 1. Your Contract You must be over 21 years of age to make a booking. When a booking is made, the 'name' on the booking guarantees that he or she has the authority to accept and does accept on behalf of the party the terms of these booking conditions. After we receive your booking and all appropriate payments, if the arrangements you wish to book are available, we will issue a confirmation invoice. A binding agreement will come into existence between us when we dispatch this invoice to the 'name'. This contract is governed by English Law, and the jurisdicton of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. It is important to check the details on your invoice when you get it, or if booking late at the time of booking, that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later. 2. Prices & Accuracy The price stated on the website is for 1 week self catering accomodation at Chalet G16, Riviere Towans, Hayle, Cornwall and includes VAT at the current rate. A security deposit of £100 shall be added to every booking, the security deposit will be refunded in full 7 days after your departure from the accomodation providing that:- i. There are no breakages or damage to the building, fixtures or fittings including (but not limited to) items such as plates, cups, glasses, appliances etc. (For minor breakages such as plates, cups, glasses etc we request you replace them.) ii. The accomodation has been left in a clean and tidy state. iii. Excessive amounts of rubbish do not have to be removed due to not placing the wheelie bin by the road for emptying. iv. You have not smoked in the property. v. You have not taken a pet to the property. Electricity is charged separately via a £1 coin meter located in the living area. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the website information and prices at the time of loading, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check the price and all other details of your chosen arrangements with us at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation If you cancel a booking the deposit paid is not refundable. Depending when you cancel, the following percentage of the total booking price shall be payable:-
4. Departure & Arrival Times You may enter the chalet after 3PM on the start day. You must leave the chalet by 10AM on the departure day. Keys must be collected and dropped off via the site office, the opening hours for the office are:- TBA 5. General Terms When making a booking you agree to the following general terms:- No alteration shall be made to the building, fixtures or fittings. Fixtures and fittings may not be removed from the accomodation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property, failure to comply will result in loss of the security deposit and you shall be liable for any damage caused. Pets are not allowed. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings left at or in the accommodation. You must provide your own bed linen and towels. When departing at the end of your stay the accomodation must be left in a clean and tidy state. Excess sand shall be removed from feet etc using the rear outside tap before entering the accomdation after visiting sandy areas such as the beach. The wheelie bin dustbin must be pulled to the end of the track where it meets the road on Wednesday evenings for refuse collection on Thursday morning. 6. Transfer This contract is not transferable without the permisssion of Nimbus Designs Ltd. 7. Right to Enter We reserve the right to enter the property for maintenance, we shall give as much notice as possible should the need occur. |
